What have we learned on this journey about ourselves? I am not talking about the mission elements. I am talking about what have you learned about YOU? Do you feel any part of you has changed? Was it your anger and/or compassion about what was happening to the children that got you up off the sidelines and to join in this fight to do your part to change the world? When you started going down the rabbit holes did you learn so much that it changed your life? How? Did it change your life for the better or worse? Did it make you angrier? Sadder? More determined to see this mission to the end? Did you get to the point that you were so disgusted that we were so blinded by the lies and enslavement to our governments, our banks and corporations? Did you wonder what happened to “We The People” and realized it was now no more than an illusion. Did family and friends abandon you for your beliefs? In Joining this mission have you found what you were looking for? Ok I will contain my insatiable curiosity. You know the gist of what I am getting at. Basically I am curious if you are the same person you were before we entered this battle. I know I’m not. I know that the degree of red pilling i went thru took me thru many stages. I admit, I crashed and burned thru my red pilling. I became so angry. I was sent on to Whiplash to continue my red pilling. I had to restart and really learn and face everything I tried to shut out the first time. I wasn’t happy being sent to Whip (DD). But Whip’s patience and understanding got me thru it all. I started seeing the whole picture. I understood what our mission was. I replaced my deep seated anger with a need to help in whatever way I could to get the word out. At first my focus was on needing to save the children….then Somewhere along the way I realized I needed to help anyone that struggled. By doing so it helped me grow past the angry person I was. By now you frogs know that I do have an insatiable curiosity about everything related to this mission. I keep finding and going down more and more rabbit holes (even when I am told to slow down). So my curiosity this morning is about my frog family. How has your life changed from when you first awakened? How many of you have lost friends and family over your beliefs and journey? How many of you found that being on this journey you find yourself on or have strengthened your spiritual journey? How many of you have found and truly believe that you have been chosen by God to be His warriors in this war? How many of you truly understand the magnitude of this war? How many of you truly deep down know or believe that this war is a battle for our souls?? A battle for our very existence??? A battle between good and evil???? A battle between God vs Satan??? Do you truly understand you were never alone in this battle?? Have you truly noticed how many frog family members you have around you? Do you see and truly feel just how united we have become?? How strong we have become because we are united? Do you understand that by uniting worldwide that we were one of President Trump’s aces??? One of his most important Trump cards??? Yes, I have many questions about this amazing frog family but I have even more facts about them. We are the chosen for this time in history. We have united the world without seeing color or race or gender or religion or nationality. We are God’s warriors and Flynn’s F.R.O.G.s and are fully reliant on God. We have the strength to hold the line in this war and make it to the finish line. We know when we feel weakened this family will step up and brace us til our full strength returns. We know the difference between truth and propaganda that has been fed to us for so long. We know God is leading us. Yes my frog family we have come so very far. We know we are to be the designers and educators of a new and soon to be improved evil-free world. We know we are the frogs that are helping to take this evil infested world from dark to light so lets don our gifted armor of God and be prepared with your sunglasses because we will soon be leaving the darkness and coming into the light. It will then be time to Shine your own personal light on this new and improved evil-free world. Make the most of the rest of your life. Hold on to every moment. Hold on to your memories. Know that the best is yet to come but a few more bumps in the road are necessary but we can handle anything because we are united. Where we go one, we go all. God has indeed blessed every single one of us. Omg I love this family! F.R.O.G.s RULE!!! Let’s see what today has in store for us. You were never alone! There is nothing to fear!

CHOOSE YOUR TIMELINE
3D - 4D - 5D ASCENSION
NOW is time for us to connect to the vision we each hold within us for what we wish to see unfold in our live and in our society.
YOU and I worked hard to understand and grasp the enormous matrix illusion we have been trapped in. WE have been untangelling our conciousness from this prison, letting go of what we thought was normal, but what we felt deep in our heart all of out lives; it was not right.
The GREAT AWAKENING is happening. Again we are asked to untangle, sift and sort our way through these energies to rise up up to the higher timelines we know we came to this earthplane for.
Dear wise strong old soul,
Angel on this planet, here to bring light.
Stand strong
Be brave
It's time to go up.
Time for ascension.
Shine your light.
Ascension is a word translated in some languages as: elevator, rising, take off or climbing.
Rise to an ever greater view, to a higher point, a higher consciousness, with a deeper level of insight into the existence of this world.
The contrast of ascending, the opposite, is descending; to descend into lower realms.
As a mountaineer, you and I have both options on this path of life.
Your birth is the start of your big climb.
The moment when you, as a soul, descended into your body, into this life, into family and society.
From there you start navigating your way up, through lessons in love and fear.
Through relationships with the people around you, through all kinds of situations and especially through all different energies of contrast in emotions.
Up along the path of your life, up on the mountain of this planet.
Ascension is an individual, but also a collective process
of humanity of this planet Earth.
In evolution nothing stands still and everything always changes.
The 3D dimension of life is a consciousness, a view, from the bottom of the mountain.
In the valley the narative conciousness emanates from the illusion that safety of life can be forced and controlled. If you adapt, obey and meet the expectations of the system, that you where born in, around you.
As a child you learn to adapt to the rules through the education of your parents, the rules of school and to the rules of society, controlled by the government in your country.
If you consent to that well behaviour, if you adapt, you will be fine, they say.....
Behind that 3D conciousness we aim and hope to protect ourselves by the conviction that if you do not consent, there is a shortage and that you will not survive alone.
We adapt ourselves out of fear, loneliness and uncertainty. Afraid there is not enough.
We have come to accept that hapiness is unfairly distributed in a dense world.
That there is rich and poor.
That sometimes the sun breaks through, but that clouds can also hang over your head.
But if you, work hard and follow the rules you will stay dry ... maybe....
A semi ok but divided excistence.
A little higher up the path along the mountain, we all face another dimension of consciousness: 4D.
The conciouness you wake up in when the security from what you thought you could control and trust turns out to be an illusion.
The chaos we find ourselves in after yesterday....
When safety is lost in your life.
When your trust is damaged in people, situations and institutions.
When life threatens you and insecurity and fear overtake and overwhelm you.
Due to illness, dismissal, divorce, or maybe this global pandamic farce....
It is these great life events that shake you up roughly and make you long for what was, long to go back to when you didn't know what you now know, see now and experience now.
Dispair and darkness.
You are in the middle of the clouds that hang halfway up the mountain.
Right in the middle of the storm.
Without a view in the fog.
Where we are now.....
The way back, to some maybe, seems the fastest and safest option. Back to a semi ok, organized but very dark, controlled and toxic existence?
Or do you, do we continue up?
It could and it should be different.
This is the mountaineer's free will.
Walking through the storm and the dark clouds brings every person into a higher consciousness.
The moment you have nothing to lose, when the way back is not an option, the only thing left is to let go of the semblance of control in life and surrender to higher forces.
Through hard times, heavy emotions and feelings of uncertainty, despair and loneliness.
Only then will you learn about real life as a human.
Then you and I will experience that the gravity of the universe carries us.
That we don't fall.
That the ground does not crash below you.
That you and I do not perish.
That if you let go and ask aloud:
What now? What should I do now?
That there will be answers.
That there is guidance up the mountain.
That you get directions.
That you are connected to higher, not visible, but tangible divine forms of life intelligence.
That the Universe sends you what it takes.
If you dare to let go and just dare to be in the middle of the storm.
That moment teaches you confidence in yourself.
That there is no more control.
That there are no rules, no system that can control life. That nobody outside of you has power.
When you learn to question everything and everyone and find your own truth.
Your own path in your life.
Our path in this collective awakening.
That moment takes you from a lower consciousness, through the dark, to the possibility of a higher consciousness of light, love and freedom.
Then you realize that all the strength, light, nourishment, inspiration for creation in your life, all the answers lie within you.
If you connect and trust yourself, your intuition.
And especially trust the Universal law and life force that is connected to everything and everyone, through the energy that flows through you.
Because further up along the mountain, you rise above the clouds. There, the air becomes thinner and lighter, the view extends far around you and you feel peace and victory.
When you look back down upon the valley. You understand, now when you look back, where you were and what your view was, made you believe that that was real. When you could not yet know, that it would be so beautiful and nice above the dark 4D clouds.
That you can feel so connected and one, while standing on that mountain top.
Together with all who see and know.
When you thought there was no way up the path and you couldn't possibly do it alone.
You now realize that storm was necessary to learn to trust yourself and the divine nature of Life.
And this Storm is necessary to eradecate all evil.
That our trust in this higher plan will lead us up this mountain.
In a 5D dimension consciousness you reach the top of the mountain.
You can recognize these light high vibe energies in the translation of a different desire for your way of life. You feel what resonates and what does not.
It feels very different from the 3D dense fearbased energies down in the valley.
5D living here and now means:
• Confidence that everything is as it should be always.
• Knowing that everything has a higher purpose.
• See that the Universe gives you direction and guidance if you pay attention to it.
• Trusting that everything comes to the Light.
• No longer feeling fear, guilt or shame towards yourself or others.
• Knowing that everyone is growing and walking at their own pace on their own path.
• Detachment of material and the need for consumption (eating, buying, etc.)
• Deep sense of intuition driven heart centre instead of mind and ego drive that is afraid of shortage.
• Recognize yourself in everything and everyone.
• Desire for silence instead of need of distraction and programming on TV, radio etc.
• To see disease in a wider and deeper context.
• Search for life purpose to contribute to a world in which everyone is free.
• Be grateful and careful with the earth and all of its inhabitants.
• Do no longer need or take more than you really need.
• Peace with everything and everyone.
It's beautiful up there.
It's time to move up.
It is time for ascension.
Where we go one we go all.
And so it is.

Dear family, what we are feeling in the physical body now and for about 12 hours now, is part of the integration of the Cosmic Radiation wave of September 28th. I'm not normally so little specific, but this time this wave of Radiation is affecting the whole body, so they're most likely feeling vibration and tremor throughout the body, plus spasms and stitches of pain in organs and muscles. When something like this happens it's because our nervous system is trying to drive a higher amount of vibration in the form of electricity and the ′′ pain ′′ we feel is a power exhaust point. Did I ever explain in a video that this whole process we're going through is like we're inside a microwave, the microwave ′′ heats ′′ food because it causes greater molecular friction in fact I recommend that when you have symptoms of higher activity in your mouth of the stomach do not use the microwave because molecular friction transfers to our tissues and causes dilation of the pilorus and consequently gastric reflux. In addition to multiple sensations of pain throughout the body, they can also have cold feet and hands, much tiredness, nervousness and the feeling that they do not control your body or that something is happening inside it but do not know what (so as if it were poisoning). Plus we have more gas and increased fluids, which is why it's so important to stay well hydrated because the body uses the water it contains to complete this transformation process. Dehydration also causes headache, mental confusion, lethargy, dizzy, and sometimes even tremors due to lack of minerals. They'll also feel like they don't fit in their body and have a feeling that their height changes throughout the day feeling for higher or lower times depending on the fluctuation of their own vibration frequency and how they integrate this vibratory frequency.
At the mental level they may be having lack of concentration, immediate memory loss and the feeling that they are ′′ freaking out ", this is because so much electricity in the brain increases the activity of our neurons, plus we are learning to live in a reality that no longer operates under the same conditions as before. Trust the process, be patient and be kind to yourself and others because they will surely short circuit with many people around you. If you pay attention you'll be able to realize how energy moves through your body (mainly in the head, in the soles of your feet, fingertips and bowels) as if it were a barely noticeable electric current. No matter what you are feeling right now, or how you are perceived in this world, remember that everything is SEASONAL and that this is just a necessary, albeit uncomfortable, step in this process of expansion.

Exactly what is a solar flare and how does it affect us?

The Effects of Recent Solar Flares
Many people are feeling agitated and uneasy recently.
The solar flares can break apart old patterns that are no longer needed so new ones can emerge. This can make us feel hyper and exhausted all at the same time. It can also wreak havoc with technology such as computers.

The Collective Consciousness - Earth's Frequencies
Earth is a sea of vibrations and frequencies. Mankind is skilled in creating and inventing devices in which there is an energy frequency and vibration. These waves of energy are always moving through you.

As Starseeds and Lightworkers, you have come to Earth to co-create a new way of life. You have decided, as a group soul, to make the changes necessary to bring love and peace back to this planet. Being a Starseed and Lightworker often feels like being in a foreign land. You don't quite fit in anywhere. You feel different and alone. You may wonder whether you are part of this world, whether you belong here, what your purpose is, and why you were brought here.

The raw free flow of energy has been hijacked by dark forces, which are part of the invisible. This flow of energy should have provided free health care, beautiful homes to live in, essential food, happiness, and prosperity to the people of the planet. But this energy flow was manipulated into making financial investments which resulted in certain individuals becoming extremely rich.
You are all-powerful creators. The time has come to shed the masks and get down to the business of bringing forth the Golden Age on this planet. It is time to get your power back. We can't continue allowing these dark forces to control humanity and, more importantly, the collective consciousness on this planet.
Humanity is entering a new phase of existence. As this occurs, those humans with no souls will be removed from the Earth. That's right. All who do not have souls will be removed or "cleansed," as many people like to say.
Do not blame those who perform the cleansing, for they follow the only path open to them, and they do it out of necessity. During these times of transition, you must learn to follow a different path and evolve into higher frequencies that allow you to pass through the portals that stand open before you.
Gaia is alive and was created to become an ascending planet. Light frequencies are allowed to ascend, but not the lower frequencies. These lower frequencies are meant to be transmuted into higher frequencies. Gaia is transforming into her light body and becoming ascended while not destroying all life on her surface, including humans.
Everything is shifting at great speed.
