Happy Veterans Day!!! To all my veterans, thank you for your service. You truly are all my heroes.
I had a very interesting conversation yesterday with a frog family member that led me to some very deep thinking about the best way to release the past without necessarily releasing our own very deep “secrets”. Basically her question was how do you release the past but hold on to your past secrets? Wow. I was not prepared for that question. I assume most of us do have some deep dark secrets that we choose never to voice to anyone for one reason or another. So I started to think about my own “secrets” that I choose not to release. I began to wonder if that was particularly healthy on my part. In a lot of ways I am an open book….but being a gemini, I also have a very personal, private side to me that i choose not to share with anyone. So after this amazing conversation with one very amazing frog, I decided to dig deeper to help her find her answers but also to figure out if I was holding myself back with my own deep secrets. So this is what I found in my search in how to let go of the past. Letting go of past hurts is not easy. If some time has passed and you have still not been able to move on with your life, you may need to take a more proactive approach. No matter what has happened to you in the past, it is important to remember that you are in control of your life and you have the power to make a great future for yourself. Letting go of the past also can mean burying it and giving up your right to engage in self-condemnation. Forgiveness is a choice, but also a process. It's choosing to stop hating yourself and cutting yourself down, but instead, seeing yourself as a valuable human being. One of the first steps of letting go, is to just get it out there. That sounds easier than it truly is. Could I just forgive myself or others for these past hurts??? Hmmm I know it is necessary so I can move on but Does that include sharing my deep secrets??? No. I personally think that you can separate the two. Perhaps….at some point in my life but for me personally, that would only be shared with someone I trust completely…. but even then would I truly feel the need to share it? Several different thoughts came into my head. Would these people that I share it with understand?? Would I just be better off If i just continued to keep my secrets and protect them like pure innocence. But back to the part of the question about letting go of the past…yes it IS essential to let the past be just that…the past. We need to live in the present and make our way to the future. So for most things, yes letting go of the past just prevents you from moving forward and living in the present. We just need to accept the fact that we cant change the past. Once we accept the unchangeable past, we must embrace that God can change our future. This is where our love and trust in God comes into play.
While we may always remember what happened, we need to believe that we are not what happened. We are who God says we are — new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). When we reject what our shame or pain says about us, we can finally hear what God says about us. He is working in all things to bring about good in our lives because we love God and are called according to his purposes (Romans 8:28). To let go of the past does not necessarily mean We are to blame; it means We accept We are unable to control others' actions or change the past. To let go does not mean I do not regret the past; it means I am willing to heal and live in the present. All of the above tells me it is OK to let go of the pain and to let go of the past but it does not mean it is no longer a part of me. So this is the conclusion that we both came to: forgiving someone doesn't mean letting them have free reign over our emotions. We must be firm in our quest for peace and happiness. We need to Create boundaries and enforce them. But first of all, forgive and let go. Foremost we must Release Anger. The world may not be as we think it should be and perhaps Not everyone shares our same values, visions, and dreams for humanity but We need to just cut the past free and live in the present. My very special frog sistah’s only request was that I share this because she feels many others are struggling with this same predicament. So yes please let your past be a memory. Live in the present. Enjoy the present. And finally, its only your decision whether you choose to hold onto your deep secrets. No one can make that decision for you. We are Flynn’s F.R.O.G.s and fully reliant on God. As of a few moments ago, we were informed that the 10 days of darkness were completed Sunday evening. The Whit e Hats did not need to enforce full restrictive marti al law. They were able to utilize restrictions which included internet outages, cell phone restrictions and intentional complications in certain areas of importance. This allowed the good guys to make all the arre sts needed for everything to proceed according to the plans. If you noticed, in the area of your residence, certain interruptions (that I previously mentioned) it is highly likely and probable that your area was considered a hot spot. What does that mean? Without going into great detail, it means that there were people being taken down in your area for their crimes against humanity. For example: California Governo r Gav in Newsom e was arres ted on Nov. 1 by Marines, who also found a Child Por n Dungeon in his basement. This is just one of many.
With all this being said, the checkered flag has been dropped for Victory and it allows us to proceed. This all had to happen in this sequence to fulfill and insure a secure and safe future for the entire planet. What can we expect moving forward? The first thing will be the completion and processing of the GCR, RV, followed by the E bee S, which will reveal so much information for everyone to truly witness. The E Bee S (Emergency Broadcas t System) is coming and will be shocking.
These next weeks are sure to be filled with massive disclosures and activation of the Emergency Broadca st System. It is recommended that you have 2-3 weeks of food and necessities on hand as precaution.
After the E bee S will be the life that was intended for all of us from the beginning. That life was stolen by the corrupt people with a hidden agenda, but thankfully, the team of brilliant, courageous, and highly dedicated people saved our future. The timing for all of this to unfold is known by only a select few and will remain that way for security purposes. So your patience is required as the transition to greatness is imminent. Keep the prayers up is all I ask. As we all know - our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is pretty awesome.

 Many have asked me how I feel after being persecuted, defamed, demeaned, smeared, threatened, betrayed, and ignored by family, “friends,” and colleagues consistently for over a year and a half. Many of whom I was always good to and helped in any way I could. I did my best to treat them ALL well and to be there for them whenever they needed me. I was not perfect but I did the best I could do.
It hurts. Sometimes the hurt cuts to the bone. There have been times when I have sat in my room alone, a grown man with his puppy, Allie, and cried like a baby.
But God always lifts me up. God acts through His children. Jesus is always with me and He has never forsaken me. He never will.
How do I feel about those who have forsaken me for greed, pride, or fear?
I forgive them. I still love them. I pray for them.
I read about and imagine the mental and physical suffering and pain Jesus Christ experienced when he was beaten unmercifully, mocked, and murdered on the Cross for a crime He did not commit.
My pain and suffering pales in comparison to His. In fact, there is no comparison. His was great. Mine is small.
And I recall what Jesus said:
“Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.”

The spiritual ego is more subtle than the worldly ego. And this is how little by little we are acquiring a costume without realizing that it is just another mask and that doing all those things does not make us spiritual.
Spirituality consists only in the practice ... but not in the practice of old precepts, be it Buddhist, Catholic, Christian or Mohammedan, but simply in practicing life.
There are people who acquire the spiritual disguise and stop eating meat, read the bible, the Koran, fill their houses with images of saints, buddha, Tibetan bells etc.
They begin to behave according to their idea of spirituality and they become prisoners of that concept. That is nothing more than a spiritual ego that wants to show itself to others.
The spiritual being does not need any of that because he finds the sacred space within himself, without showing off.
Spirituality is not exhibitionistic or competitive.
The spiritual being takes life as the great school that he is and therefore acquires serenity.
Spiritual evolution is taking off those masks that we have acquired with our education and with which we feel identified.
Spirituality is not denying yourself anything and not adding something to yourself. It is simply living consciously.

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, all major hostilities of WWI came to an end. Originally recognized as Armistice Day, for the last handful of decades it's been known as Veterans Day. A day to recognize all veterans for their service to the United States.
I never served. To be honest, it was never a consideration for me. But my extended family is loaded with those who have. Cousins, uncles and beyond, extending back to the Civil War, I have relatives who have served.
The photos I'm sharing are of the two vets, neither with us anymore, who were closest to me.
The cedar trunk in the first photo belonged to my grandpa, Cliff Price. It's filled with items from his service in the navy in WWII, including medals, parts of his uniform and his little black book. Yes, Grandma's name and address are in it. The framed photos are his graduating class from Great Lakes Naval Academy and the ships he served on during the war. USS Hugh L Scott was torpedoed and sunk during the African invasion. USS New York was torpedoed but made it back for repairs. USS Healy was part of the Pacific island hopping campaign. USS Bremerton cruised the Atlantic coast of South America after the war, looking to intercept Nazi defectors running for cover.
The other guy pictured is my dad. He volunteered for the army at the very early stages of the Vietnam era. He did battle with many hostile bartenders from Anchorage to Talkeetna, Alaska, looking for him to pay his bar tab.
To all who served, whether in the heat of battle or in a more peaceful setting, thank you.

In the air over Hollandia on April 12, 1944, he scored his 26th and 27th victories to break the previous record of 26 set by Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker in WWI. Bong scored 28 air-to-air victories. When he returned to the Pacific for his second tour, he was assigned as a gunnery instructor. He voluntarily flew numerous combat missions and in "self defense" scored 12 more victories to bring his total to 40, making him the highest scoring ace in American history. He lost his life in the crash of a P-80 jet aircraft in August 1945 at Burbank, California.
Although the base was never finished, there is an extensive below ground drainage system and at least one old airstrip. The Federal government turned the land back to the state of Wisconsin, which redeveloped the facility into the Bong Recreational Area, a 4,515-acre tract that offers picnicking, camping, fishing, boating and swimming. Bong is an unimproved area, with many 'non-traditional' activities, like dog sled trials, horse back riding, a few tracks for dirt bikes, cross-country ski, snowmobile, motorcycle and hunt a nice RC airplane field, and rockets.
Wisconsin Rustic Road 43 in Racine and Kenosha Counties consists of County Highway B from the intersection of WIS 142 in Kenosha County to its intersection with WIS 11 in Racine County. I would compare Richard Bong Recreation Area to a friend who has a great job and is a functioning adult during the day but at night is a violent alcoholic.
This place is great for hiking, hunting, fishing or just plain getting away for the day. It may seem diminutive on the map but Richard Bong has a lot to see and has varied landscapes. An awesome place to visit for day trips.
But at night things take a dark turn. I've camped here twice and both times was disturbed by other campers who seem to use this place to party all night. My neighbors on Friday, September 25 solidified this notion to me. They were loud and seemed to not care about being heard. I expected that from my previous stay. But at 2 am one of them was clearly having either psychotic episode or on drugs because he was shouting a combination of the Boy Scout's creed and the Lord's Prayer. His friends tried to subdue him for an hour but nothing was working. They eventually stuffed him in one of their cars and he kicked the window so hard that I heard it begin to shatter. This is when I called the cops, who promptly came and were professionals even though this kid was lecturing them and was not compliant.
I think Richard Bong is too close to metropolitan areas and the campsites are too close together. For a more relaxing camping, I'd suggest Kettle Moraine. But if you like your friend when he gets a little rowdy at night, have at it.

He was transferred to face trial on Tuesday 15th September 1931 held by The Italian Military Tribunal in Benghazi, the trial ended in just one day. He was sentenced to death and was hung on Wednesday 16th September 1931, (age 81) in The Town of Solluk 50 Km south of Benghazi “US Peridous”- Libya..
William had 3 daughters and one son. Saidea, Gaillea & Mary. His only son was taken and shot by the Italian military police in downtown Benghazi in 1942.
Mary, William’s daughter met and married a Prince - Said Issa H Kahlooni - from Golan Heights born in the Orchards in Mt Lebanon. The family Tree of Issa Kahlooni is well known in Lebanon Syria and Israel - Issa means Jesus. They arrived at the Port of Derna in Libya in March 1911. They had 2 boys who were both kidnapped from Benghazi, and handed over to mafia boss family Joseph Kennedy and was raised by him and his wife Rose Kennedy. They would later be known as John F Kennedy and Joe Kennedy. John F Kennedy was raised to become the 35th President of the USA. He is not a Kennedy, he is a Lincoln/Kahlooni.
John married Jackie Kennedy and had four children: Arabella Kennedy, John F Kennedy Jnr, Patrick Kennedy and Caroline Kennedy.

We are in very powerful days, most of us who are sensitive feel…
All the people of light are on Earth on different missions. We are not leaving the planet on 11/11/21, although many of us will need time to assimilate and pair the new frequencies into the physical vessel. We stay and expand!
Some light emitters will increase their frequencies and vibrations and remain fully aligned with the light networks operating around the planet, and the transition to time and space which is renewed, time and the fifth dimensional space.
The process of transcendence is a process, as its name implies and therefore loved, breathed and learned suffering.
Many of you notice the breaking of the old frameworks in their third dimensional world, many of you look at friends.
There are no coincidences in times. And in combination with the acceleration towards the gate day of November 11, 2021.
On this gate day from all the last years, the crystalline city of light Telos we and celebrate the passages together. Hundreds of candidates for transcendence have already been with us, and have passed the gate day, and you too are invited.
